When Freight Is Required
Freight delivery is required for pieces that exceed carrier parcel limits or that require special protection due to size, weight, fragility, or value.
Crating
Freight pieces are custom-crated with protective materials to ensure safe transport.
Curbside and Liftgate Delivery
The freight estimate includes residential curbside delivery with liftgate service. The carrier will lower the crate to ground level at the curb.
Inside Delivery Limitations
Inside placement may be available for an additional charge and is subject to carrier capabilities, stairs, elevator access, and door clearance. Request inside delivery in your quote form.
Quote Process
- Submit a delivery quote request with your address and delivery details.
- We obtain carrier quotes and calculate your final delivered price.
- You receive a secure quote page with the complete total.
- You approve and pay through Stripe.
- We pack and ship your piece.
Most quotes are completed within 1-2 business days.
Quote Expiration
Freight quotes expire after 48 hours unless extended. After expiration, the piece returns to available inventory.
Product Reservation
When a final quote is sent, the one-of-one piece is reserved for you for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that period, the reservation is automatically released and the piece becomes available to other collectors.
The reservation can be extended at our discretion. A quote request does not reserve a piece. Only a sent final quote reserves it.
