All pieces ship from Phoenix, Arizona.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver taxidermy artwork only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, international addresses, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Parcel vs Freight Delivery
Parcel Shipping: Smaller pieces that fit within carrier dimensional limits ship via UPS or FedEx with a fixed shipping rate based on your destination zone. The shipping price is calculated and displayed before you pay.
Freight Delivery: Larger or fragile pieces require protected crated freight delivery. The estimate shown is a range only. Your final delivered price is confirmed after a carrier quote is obtained.
Estimates vs Final Freight Quotes
Freight estimates include one crated shipment, residential curbside delivery, and liftgate service. Unusual access, stairs, inside placement, islands, and remote locations may cost more. The final price is confirmed before payment.
Packing and Processing Times
Each piece is custom-packed and crated. Packing times vary by piece and are listed on each product page.
Signature Requirements
Valuable shipments require an adult signature on delivery.
Local Pickup
Free Phoenix pickup is available by appointment for eligible pieces. The exact address and scheduling instructions are provided after payment and confirmation.
Customer Inspection
Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph any damage and write it on the carrier's delivery receipt. Contact Gussied Up Taxidermy immediately with photographs if the crate or artwork arrives damaged.
